All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted automatically at the applicable exchange rate.

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. Withdrawals are typically available after wagering 20–30x the bonus amount. The specific conditions for each bonus are listed on the relevant offer page.
Winnings from bets placed using bonus funds can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met.
If anyone is found to have violated bonus terms, used multiple accounts, or engaged in bonus abuse, KheloBangla May cancel bonuses and forfeit winnings without prior notice.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, KheloBangla reserves the right to void that bet. If any event is cancelled or suspended, the bet amount will be refunded.
The maximum winnings from a single bet are subject to set limits that vary by game type. Separate limits apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots.
If a game round is incomplete due to a software or network error, the bet for that round will be voided and the amount refunded.
